The same terms and conditions apply to all experiences at LevelUp Escapes LTD


The following terms and conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all experiences at LevelUp Escapes LTD.

By purchasing a ticket, you ("Ticket Holder") agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any other Escapes LTD or its employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, or damage caused while in the venue, location, or place related to LevelUp Escapes. Additionally, they are not liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including cancellation or postponement of the LevelUp Escapes Ltd. Refunds or rescheduling are at the discretion of LevelUp Escapes management. Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:

1. Arrival and Punctuality:

  • • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the booking time for the briefing.
  • • If you are late by more than 5 minutes of the original starting time, time will be deducted from your experience.
  • • If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your booking will be considered a no-show, with no refund given.
  • • For cancellations or rescheduling, contact us at 01743 630165 or help@levelupescapes.com.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

  • • Your booking can be rescheduled without charge if more than 7 days' notice is given.
  • • Rescheduling with at least 72 hours' notice incurs a fee of £25 to cover costs.
  • • Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice is not possible, and no refunds will be given.

3. Refund Policy:

  • • There is no refund offered for cancellations.
  • • Notice of 7 days or more allows for free rescheduling (based on availability) or crediting your LevelUp Escapes account for future use within the next 12 months.
  • • Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for players who fail to attend.

4. Terms & Conditions of Sale:

  • • Prices listed by LevelUp Escapes are in Pounds Sterling, including taxes, for sixty (60) minutes of gameplay, unless stated otherwise.
  • • Bookings are final upon receipt of a confirmation email, with the right to modify prices at any time.
  • • Payments are accepted only by credit/debit card and Amex.
  • • By booking, the Purchaser consents to the use of personal data necessary for processing the booking.

5. Game Participation Rules:

  • • Purchasers acknowledge the use of CCTV cameras for game management and security.
  • • LevelUp Escapes retains discretion over the nature, order, and arrangement of the purchased game.
  • • Pictures, filming, or recording of the game are strictly prohibited. Any disclosure to third parties may result in legal action by LevelUp Escapes.
  • • LevelUp Escapes is not responsible for damages to customers' objects not deposited at the designated area.
  • • Customers may be charged for vandalism-related damage within the venue.
  • • Participation under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited, and violation results in game cancellation without a refund.
